Wild Garlic have been going for 11 years in Nailsworth, and wanted to reconnect with locals emphasising their credentials as an established  family-run business, loyal to their local producers and customers. They wanted to drive traffic to their website and ultimately increase bookings, by showing who they were and what motivated them every day.

PROPOSED SOLUTION

We created a 'Video Business Card', a film which positioned Matt, the owner, at the centre of the piece with an interview, overlaid with beautiful B-roll footage informed by that conversation.

​

People are engaged by human stories, they connect emotionally, and this is done by high-lighting an owner's passion without force-feeding a hard sales pitch to the viewers.

 

A video Business Card removes anonymity and builds trust with potential customers, and it was great to get Matt away from the kitchen to enable him to connect in this way.

 

RESULT

The final film was formatted to different aspect ratios and lengths to suit a variety of social media platforms. Help was given to boost appropriate posts, and initial feedback was universally positive.
